1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vollect ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vollect is a group decision-making platform that allows users to create rooms, add options, and vote together on various topics including games, movies, food, and other activities. The Service provides both free and premium subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service with or without creating an account. Guest users can join rooms using room codes. Registered users can access additional features such as room history and favorites.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Upload or transmit harmful content, malware, or viruses
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users

5. Premium Subscriptions

Vollect offers premium subscription plans that provide additional features. All payments are processed through Midtrans payment gateway in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Pricing:

• Monthly Plan: Rp 19.900 per month
• Lifetime Plan: Rp 99.000 one-time payment

Premium features are activated immediately upon successful payment. All sales are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vollect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party services for certain features:

• RAWG API for game data
• TMDB API for movie data
• Midtrans for payment processing
• Supabase for data storage

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vollect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
