2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel
You may cancel your Vollect Premium subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
2.2 Cancellation Timeline
- Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime, access continues until the end of the billing month
- Annual subscriptions: Cancel anytime, access continues until the end of the billing year
- No partial refunds for unused time during the current billing period
2.3 Post-Cancellation Access
After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until that date. Any data exceeding free tier limits may be archived or removed according to our data retention policy.

3.1 Eligible Refunds
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues preventing service usage (verified by our support team)
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
- Service not delivered as described due to platform malfunction
- Request within 7 days of initial subscription purchase
3.2 Non-Refundable Situations

- Change of mind after using premium features
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
- Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
- Requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase

5. Midtrans Payment Specifics
Vollect uses Midtrans for payment processing in Indonesia. Refund processing may be subject to Midtrans terms and conditions:
- Credit card refunds typically take 7-14 business days to appear on your statement
- Virtual account and e-wallet refunds may take 3-7 business days
- Some payment methods may have specific refund limitations
For payment-specific issues, you may also contact Midtrans support directly.
6. Trial Periods
If a free trial period is offered, you will not be charged during the trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. No refunds will be issued for trial conversions as you have had the opportunity to evaluate the service.

If you are unsatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate your request by:
- Requesting a review by our management team
- Providing additional information to support your claim
- Contacting your payment provider if you believe there has been an unauthorized charge
